Choosing your wedding photographer is a huge decision.

Your photographer is the person who will be around you for your entire wedding day, so if you don’t vibe with them, that’ll be hella awkward. I encourage my couples to always be honest and authentic with me, not only so I can document your wedding day as beautifully as it happens, but also so I can be in your corner. I wear multiple hats at a wedding; I am your photographer, but I’m also a mediator, a therapist, a boutonniere application expert, a hype-woman, and a cat-herder (I’m looking at you, bridal parties and extended family members).

I’ll get the bridesmaids in place before your first look with them, help you with deep breaths before you walk down the aisle, and pull you away from talkative guests so you can get a moment alone. I’ll hype up the groomsmen with crude jokes and giving them shit (lovingly, of course).

I’ll make sure you have a cocktail and snack while we’re doing family photos, run to hunt down wandering family members that we need for a photo, and make the kids in the photos laugh with silly faces and fart jokes. I’ll make friends with your moms and dads, because you’re getting married, but they’re watching their children grow up and make a huge step before their eyes, and they may need some extra support too.

I’ll direct you through the cake cutting, dance with you on the dance floor, and talk you through the grand exit so you know exactly what to do.

My packages are simple for a reason; I don’t like the “three packages” sales approach. It’s confusing, and I’d rather offer a simple package and add-ons in case you want a little something extra.

This is a session usually held a few weeks before the wedding day, on the same day as your hair/makeup trial. You’ll get in your wedding dress and we’ll meet at a fun location and take some dreamy photos of you in that outfit that you’ll want to remember forever!

Bridal Session

This is a fun session to serve as a gift to your fiancé on the day of the wedding, in the form of a photo book.

Boudoir Session

One year after your wedding, we get together and take more beautiful photos of the two of you in love! You could get back into your wedding attire or you could just wear whatever you would wear to a fancy date night. This could be an at-home session or on-location.

Anniversary Session

After you’ve received your online gallery, choose the photos you’d like to be included in your wedding album.

This is a leather, 10x10in album with 30 thick pages full of the best moments from your wedding. On the cover, you’ll see your names imprinted on the bottom right corner in a sleek and modern style. The pages of this album are created in a flat-lay format, so you don’t sacrifice any bit of your photos to the crease in the middle of the album.

Please allow 60 days after the delivery of the online gallery for the creation and delivery of this album.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE YOUR PHOTOGRAPHIC STYLE?

My wedding photography style could best be described as "lifestyle," which is a spin-off of documentary photography, with the addition of a little bit of posing. I enjoy being a "fly on the wall" and catching moments as they happen, but occasionally I have to step in and tweak little details here and there to get the best photograph.

WILL YOU HELP ME WITH THE TIMELINE FOR MY WEDDING DAY?

Absolutely! Usually, your wedding planner or venue will make a timeline for you, but I always make one that is dedicated to when and where specific photos will be taken, and where certain people need to be when we need them for photos.

WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU GET SICK ON MY WEDDING DAY?

I have a great immune system and haven't missed a single wedding or portrait session, knock on wood! However, if anything were to happen to me on your wedding day, I have a number of photographers who I can trust with my clients. If that were to happen, I would still be the one editing the photos after my colleague is finished capturing the day.

WILL YOU BE THE ONLY PHOTOGRAPHER AT MY WEDDING?

My wedding collection includes two photographers, and that will include me and my second shooter. I choose my second shooters very carefully, they all have the same photographic style as me and we have a very solid partnership!

HOW MANY PHOTOS SHOULD I RECEIVE FROM MY WEDDING?

I don't have a set number of photos that I guarantee for each wedding, because each wedding is so different from the last. I do make sure that I cover every event from the wedding, though, so nothing is left out.

DO YOU BACK UP YOUR FILES IN CASE OF AN EMERGENCY? DO YOU HAVE BACKUP EQUIPMENT?

I have lots of backups, and backups for the backups! Your files will be very protected, and I always recommend backing up your photos when you receive them, just in case. I do bring a backup camera body to the wedding, in case something happens to it at the wedding.

I ALREADY GOT ENGAGEMENT PHOTOS DONE, CAN I REMOVE THE ENGAGEMENT SESSION FROM THE PACKAGE?

The short answer is yes, I can take the engagement session off and reduce the package price by $300.
The long answer is that the engagement session is there so that you can get comfortable in front of my camera and I can learn about your dynamic as a couple and how you are in front of my camera, so I highly recommend you take advantage of the engagement session. If anything, you just get more professional photos of you together!

HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?

The deposit for my services is $1000, and it's required to lock down your wedding date. The remaining balance isn't due until a month before your wedding. For lifestyle sessions, I require half the price upon booking, and the other half a week before your session.

You can order prints from a 3rd party print company via the online gallery! I get a little bit of a kickback from those orders. You will also receive a print release if you want to take them to your local drugstore and get them printed.
